I had the absolute best facial experience with Naz! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. Her space was calming, beautifully set up, and incredibly clean. Naz took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the facial specifically to what I needed.

Not only was the facial relaxing (I almost fell asleep!), but I left glowing. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and so smooth. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results

I have been a customer of JJ’s ever since they opened their business on Rosewood Dr., Pleasanton. I am writing this review today after my visit to the salon on Ray street to specifically express my satisfaction, thanks to Neelam who is simply the best. She is very gentle, meticulous, patient and focused, paying attention to every detail while threading, and her work exemplifies precision that is simply unmatched. I don’t even bother checking if there are any fine hairs left on my lip line whenever she does it. Just perfect. Neelam is truly awesome!
