I cannot rave enough about Yolanda at the JCP Optical in Stoneridge Mall. Throughout the pandemic, she seamlessly handled business like the pro she is. While always following all new guidelines and mandatory protocol, she effortlessly, cheerfully, and professionally greeted, assisted, advised and inputted all things necessary for orders to go through. Yolanda is a diamond in the rough, especially in this day and age! She's flexible, friendly, and fabulous at her job. Whatever you're paying her, JCP, give her a raise!!
