I would be very careful requesting a foundation inspection from this company. Foundation inspections should be free of charge by most reputable foundation remediation companies. This company attempted to charge me $500 for an inspection, and then attempted to add on an additional $60 if it wasn't paid within 7 days. What's going on here is this company is offering general foundation inspections / bids for work disguised as "structural" foundation reports. Let me tell you my story.
