Really big time waster dealing with this company. Kind of felt like I was going to be scammed so I didn't end up using them. Spent weeks trying to get an appointment set up they gave me a big initial estimate and I approved it because I was in a time crunch then they missed their scheduled appointment day with no call or email. Then told me days later it was because they had more forms for me to fill out. Which was strange because I had already filled a bunch out and they scheduled the job. Then no word for a week or so then told me sorry your going to have to pay in full in advance before we will do the job. I told them I can pay immediately when service is finished...read full review

Company drivers are reckless, i am a trucker with a full load, driver cut me off badly and im pretty sure my load has shifted, then swerving in and out of lanes like hes going to put out fires!! Happened on 680 north, then he got on 580, driving reckless to go back to their office!

The only good reviews they have are from there own employees Ross Larson or whatever his last name is. Well he is the VP obviously he’s going to say it’s professional but it’s really the opposite! And also the PM Reggie Huston always tries to intimidate his workers by telling them he’s from East Oakland. he has had his workers work OT for free by scaring them With firing them. That’s why Ross and Reggie laid me off because I didn’t want to work for free the whole company is ran by clowns ?
