Edwin was fantastic! My carpets had not been cleaned in 2 years (I do not recommend waiting this long!) and they were in rough shape. Edwin warned me that I might want to start saving for the new carpet fund, but after he was done and the carpets were dry, they looked 100% better. Edwin took his time and was dedicated to getting tough stains out. He was knowledgeable about carpet care and was happy to share good tips about extending the life of the carpets. This, hands down, was the best carpet clean we have ever had. Edwin was professional, easy going and a hard worker. When my family and I moved into our new home we desperately needed deodorizing. We contacted a couple carpet/tile cleaners, but none of them used biodegradable solutions that were safe for pets and children like Hands on Earth. Edwin was very upfront and honest and even suggested another company as we were looking to get the services done as soon as possible. We ultimately decided to go with Edwin and are so happy that we did. The carpet cleaning and tile cleaning really made a difference not only with the smell, but with the look and feel of our flooring. Edwin was meticulous and we are so thankful to have found him. We will definitely be giving him a call in the future.
