I just received a fantastic oxygen boost facial from Alicia at Hand & Stone Pleasanton and wanted to let everyone know what a great experience it was. I normally get a massage but the therapist was not available so I opted for the facial and it was even better than a massage; Alicia even gave my neck and shoulders a nice massage between layers of warm compresses and skin treatments, which numbered about 5. She also worked on adding brilliance and plumpness to the skin and reducing redness. I was very satisfied with the results.

I’ve been seeing makeda for a few sessions, and I really like her. The spot itself is great, and that they are clean. Starting my membership wasn’t the smoothest because the manager made a few errors that affected my bank account, but he has since been let go. I have had pleasant experiences with the staff Beyond that. Very pleasant and professional

Every massage therapist I have had the pleasure of working with has given me a very thorough, dating massage service. Customer service is very professional, the spa is very clean, and they offer a variety of services. Can't recommend this place enough!
