We sadly only had a short relationship with Golden Hope Services as they provided care for my dad. However, I write this review because, from the initial conversation through to sitting with one of their caregivers at my dad's deathbed, we could not have been more pleased. Everyone was professional, caring and went out of their way to make life easier for us. We could not have been more grateful to have them as our partners during this difficult time and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who wants help in their home. Golden Hope Services is truly one of the best agencies out there. The entire staff is incredible—some of the most kind, professional, and supportive people I have ever met. They genuinely care about both their caregivers and clients, ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone. Their customer service is outstanding—always available, responsive, and ready to help whenever needed. The clients are also wonderful, making the experience even more fulfilling.
