I cannot recommend this business in the slightest. I recently had a business tax matter which required a consultation with a tax attorney. I called a firm in the Bay Area that personally recommended I give Jack Harrington from Franklin Management a call and have him go over my records in order to get a second opinion and give the law firm a better idea of the situation and whether or not we have a case. Now I don’t know who they have working here but I left a message on Thursday for Jack and patiently awaited a call back. Do not work with Jack and Franklin Management. They were a total nightmare, and even though I've switched over to another much more professional agency, the damage they caused still lingers today. I had to cut the cord and drop them with work being unfinished with countless mistakes leftover. The new company has been going back over a year to clean up their mess.Jack's team would guess where to class your expenses and put them in the dumbest places instead of asking or doing a review. They were months behind. The months they did reconcile, they left nasty balances lingering. They were super unsafe with password storage, it was mind boggling.
