I had a toilet explode in my apartment and Oscar and his co-worker went above and beyond on their carpet restoration service. He is a kind, intelligent, articulate and extremely professional young man who didn't mind taking time to explain things to me. He also uses tools to check for moisture of the carpet not just his instinct like a different company had done prior (and had missed some spots due to their outdated methods) . I would highly recommend Oscar from Excel Janitorial services if you have had any flooding in your home or apartment and you want quality service.
Jose came in on the same day that I asked for a quote. He walked through and communicated all of our needs. He did an awesome job of showing us exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend him for all your flooring needs. He may do more but that is what he did for us
