After a fall, Mom needed 24/7 care at home. We were overwhelmed and didn't know what to do next-or what to expect-as she regained her ability to walk and care for herself. The physical and emotional support provided by FTH has made Mom stronger, healthier, and happier. Our need for so many hours has decreased since then. FTH now provides support in shorter shifts so that she may live with dignity and a sense of autonomy that had been missing from her life. From the Heart's staff is responsive and caring. As the primary family contact, I feel like I have a true partner: "Your mom deserves the best care" has been the theme throughout my relationship with From the Heart and they mean it! I am grateful for the support that our family has received from both individual caregivers and from the FTH staff. They are a tightly-knit team of professionals who truly believe our mom deserves the best. They say it out loud and they "walk the talk" every single day. I highly recommend From the Heart!
