Cal Coast Window & Door
“I needed to replace 4 windows and a double french door as the existing ones were old and performed poorly in the cold and the sun.
I had already done some research about possible models. JT patiently listened to my concerns about loss of viewing area and talked me through the various options as well as replacement vs retrofit. He pointed out that most door configurations don't meet the stricter title 24 requirements in effect and suggested a good alternative. He was never pushy, and was willing to put in the work to price out various options for me.
The products did take a while to come, though this was no fault of Cal Coast. Milgard had some delays with their new fiberglass line. JT always provided me the latest estimate whenever I asked.
When it came to install, crew was very fast and efficient and cleaned up reasonably well after themselves. The stucco patch also matches very well.
Overall, I am very happy with my new windows and doors, and a different contractor who was helping me with something else commented they did an excellent job.
Throughout the entire process, JT was always very responsive over text.”
