Huge ant problem before starting service with Bay Pest Solution. Zero ants since - probably 4 years or so. We use their quarterly service. Technician is knowledgeable, kind, takes feedback, answers questions and goes out of his way to do a great job.

I was plagued by a paper wasp infestation that extended into the soffit of the house. Julian arrived a week later and tackled it fearlessly. No hesitation routing out the nests and was done with the job within 30 minutes. That includes the time he took to spray the perimeter with a standard insect treatment. Julian kept me in the loop the entire time, noting other infestations he took care of (e.g. spiders, ants, etc). It's been a month and haven't seen anything flying or crawling outside the house the entire time. For the price and quality of service, I couldn't be happier.

I was inundated with ants this summer. I have never seen anything like it. I tried fighting them myself, but it wasn’t working. I chose Bay Pest Solution because of their rating. Dan was my technician, and he could not have been any better. He looked over the property and decided the course of action quickly. He was just here today. I am hoping this first treatment takes hold, but if not, he said he would come back and retreat. I also signed up for quarterly service to keep these ants in control.
