The best company to work with, hand down! They are so well organized, friendly, experienced and the price can't be beat. Their report turnaround time is very fast which is so crutual for sellers and buyers. The coordinator Samantha was so sweet, responsive and extremely helpful and friendly. The supervisor Mike, inspector Joshua... were very friendly and knowledgeable! Together, they made such an incredible team to work with.
