It is so refreshing to have a private space to train, surrounded by a community of trainers and their personal clients. Clean and safe place to workout, welcoming any body type. The trainers here are highly knowledgeable and specialized in their crafts.

Matt O’Neill and I connected back in February 2025 due to severe back pain and mobility issues caused by a herniated L5-S1 disc, bulging L4-L5, and mild spinal stenosis.
