My husband and I (as well as many of our extended family members) have worked out with Matt O'Neil for over 6 years. Matt is super knowledgeable in Biomechanics and has helped us not only recover from past injuries, but has helped us to grow stronger and more fit than we've ever been, while staying injury free (we are late 40's/early 50's). Since we've been going to this gym for a long time, and have had a chance to witness almost all of their trainers, we can honestly say that all their trainers are amazing.

Matt has literally changed my life. I have been seeing him for about two years now and had a major injury event resulting in almost a dozen surgeries. I have now worked with Matt for a little over eight months. The lower back pain is completely gone. The recurring ankle injuries are slowly going away.
