Dr. Zafer at Axis Community Health, Pleasanton has been an exceptional doctor. She is very polite, takes the time to listen carefully, and explains everything thoroughly. Her diagnostic approach is precise, and she always provides the right recommendations and guidance at the right time. She also connects patients with the right specialists and recommends right lab tests when needed, ensuring continuity of care. I truly appreciate her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her patients’ well-being. Highly recommend her and the Axis Community Health team.
I have been going to Axis for years. I left for 2 years, but choice a doctor, that did nothing. I went back, praying Dr Gandhi was still there. She is on top of everything. She makes me do what I'm suppose to do. I feel she saved my life, got me on track. Dr. Gandhi is by far the best doctor I've ever had. The facility's top notch, clean, everyone is very nice.
Dr. Jawaid is fantastic...and the ladies at check in and the phones are nice..but the in-house prescription group, (department in charge of pre-authorization), have caused me to miss meds repeatedly. I have finally started requesting my refills five days in advance...just to run out. Dr. Jawaid wanted me to change meds and now I'm out with no replacement. The supervisor couldn't even take care of the problem or call me back. If you don't rely on medication to avoid heart attacks, relieve crippling pain or get a night's sleep... this is the clinic for you.
