Kevin Amaral who was working with patient at 1261 Apt 1A Walnut Creek , Ca 94595 was parked in location reserved for residents living in Mutual 5. When asked to move to parking space reserved for Mutual 70 , parking spaces reserved for people living in 1261 he proceeded to scream at me. We used their in home hospice care and it was completely unacceptable. The hospital bed was old and uncomfortable. Empty oxygen tanks were provided. Following the death, the nurse did not follow the proper procedures leading to great distress. Operation appears to be incompetent and poorly managed.

Everyone has been so good in tending to my mom's comfort needs. We are beyond grateful to be in caring and attentive hands. Brenda however, is hands down AWESOME!! She went above and beyond in comfort care for my mom. They always answer calls, are very informative about the process and maintain their schedules timely.
