Dr. Ramsey was so good with our cat. She is very thorough, friendly and relaxed. She makes going to the veterinarian as easy as it can be with our crazy cat. The techs and office staff are also friendly and kind!
I didn't take my pets here regularly, but while visiting family I lost my old gal Moonpie. They were very kind to her for her end of life, and even kept her in the waiting room so I could visit with her one last time after she passed. They sent me a wonderful card and provided her remains in a beautiful engraved box. I just had a little ceremony to honor her, and I'm so thankful for the love and kindness they showed my lovely girl. Thank you Amador Valley Vet team for all you did.
They were able to cut my dog's nails upon calling. The staff was warm an very welcoming and super professional. We are clients of Bishop Ranch in San Ramon but they could not accommodate us at the time. Thank you Amador Valley.
