I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and the store was almost empty looking. I needed some help and a very kind and beautiful person named Lauren helped me to pick out some lashes for my wedding as I have never used them. Lauren was very attentive and listened to my preferences for the look I wanted. She asked me questions that allowed me to narrow down what I want for my special day. She gave me options and suggestions on how to use or apply them. I am grateful for you, Lauren.
Came here for the first time last week with my mama and we were shocked to see all the products they have. Such a great selection here with a little bit of everything from skin care, hair, and make up. However, I don't feel comfortable giving 5 stars since the service here was disappointing. People who worked here walked by us and nobody offered to help. When we finally went up to them, one of them just pointed out the sign and told me where to find it versus walking there with us and we still couldn't find it walking on our own. At any rate, I don't know if I would be back at least to this location because of their service unfortunately.
Everybody was so helpful! Amanda and Miranda helped us choose the right product for our daughter! They went above and beyond their duties to help us! Ulta should be proud to have employees like them!
