We used Prestige pools for many years until our account was turned over to another company. Keith spoiled us with great and timely service. We are so disappointed in the new person who took over our account. Poor service required us to terminate their services. We really miss Keith at Prestige. Never had to worry about our pool and wonder if we'll ever be able to find someone who can equal his performance.

this company has no systems in place to do accurate billing. Either we were billed inaccurately, billed after payment had already been made, or not billed at all. Every month we had a problem with billing. The owner accepts, no responsibility for anything and doesn’t think there’s a problem. his methods are antiquated and he can’t even look up if a check has cleared. Needless to say we have gone elsewhere. pathetic excuse for customer service.Service: Water treatment
