Contacted Ken directly via email. In my whole process I never once received a phone call or email. My taxes were never handled by him and appear to have just been handed off to a third party. The submitted taxes were wrong and we had to scramble last minute while on vacation to have them corrected. This process cost more and took longer than having my taxes filed on turbo tax and had more issues along the way. Would not recommend.
