Limited days and hours, and services by appointment only, make it difficult to schedule appointments. Receptionist calls without information requested and this makes it difficult to schedule at all.Gave 3 stars one week ago...now changing to only 1. Poor customer service...can't seem to follow-up with me about an appointment to pick up glasses. Unable to receive rebate from eyeglass maker now that this office can't seem to get my glasses to me within the required period from purchase date. Unanswered phone calls and unhelpful responses from receptionist, and unanswered email requesting support. Have requested glasses to be mailed to me as well as my records...going...read full review
Meh. He doesn't listen to your complaints, he thinks he knows what you're seeing better than you do. He doesn't even polish the edges of your lenses. And no scratch-proof coating, even though it was requested and paid for. We won't be back.
