We had nothing but a positive experience working with Avenir to get our mortgage and close on our house. We shopped around at several nationwide brokers, but went with Avenir because they were able to match the lowest rate we got, they were the nicest to work with, and they are local, which meant that they understood additional things about closing costs that the bigger companies did not. They made our closing process smooth and uncomplicated. Would highly recommend, and a shout-out to Cedric and Brent, who are a true pleasure to work with!
The team at Avenir Mortage Planners was a delight to work with. Our family completed a whirlwind purchase of a home in the beautiful Crossings community in Concord.
