I took my 2yo daughter to Pediatric Dentistry if Pleasant Hill this morning and it was an AMAZING experience. The facility was sooo adorable, the dental assistant (Ana) gave us a tour of the whole place while explaining everything, the doctor (Dr Helen) was greeting kids and saying goodbye as they left and both the doctor and the assistant went out of their way to explain everything and show my daughter every tool. They went above and beyond with treats for my daughter, the goody bag, goodbye toy, ballon, toothbrush choice, etc…. They also had clearly read all of the documentation I submitted. I am blown away with how welcoming, thoughtful, and child-centric their practice is. And thorough! Our child loves coming to the dentist now and we feel well prepared to keep his teeth healthy and have a plan for emergencies.

Both of my sons had a great experience at their dentist appointment. Ana was very encouraging, which made my two-year-old’s first visit go smoothly—he didn’t cry at all and did an amazing job. My five-year-old also did much better at this location. I recently moved from our Danville dentist to the Pleasant Hill location, and it turned out to be a great decision.
