While visiting LA, I went to Runway Optometry, and Michael Capino, an optician at the office, assisted me. Michael is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He made everything really simple and easy. Talk about customer service! Shoutout to the team over @ Runway who helped me figure out the best pair of eyeglasses for me. I came into the store on a whim, knowing I needed new glasses, and everytime I came each team member showed me immense respect & helped me every step of the way. I showed up about 3-4 times before my actual eye exam date and each time I came back I knew runway would get me right. Big thanks to Mike & the rest of the team for hooking me up!
