I've known Uncle Matty since the 1990s, talked with him earlier today by phone, and have always been impressed with his ability to help dogs and their families. Just found him again on Facebook , and learned he lives near us. Very happy about this! I'll be sending people his way.

I recommend Uncle Matty to anyone that needs the very best training for their dog! My 2 year old, 85 pound Lab mix was out of control!! He pulled and lunged while out on walks, barked uncontrollably on car rides, barked at dogs and strangers walking past the house! We heard about Uncle Matty from a friend that hired him to train her dog. Matty came to our house right away and did a personality test on our dog. He's really amazing at training and interacting with dogs. A true professional. I can now take my dog on car rides without him barking aggressively. We are able to walk him again without pulling. Uncle Matty has trained both of my dogs and I could not be happier with the results! I am a dog trainer’s worst nightmare, very sensitive, very opposed to traditional training methods like the chain collars and crates. Thought all of it was “mean,” because I didn’t know how to use them properly! Now my dogs love their crates, and seldom need correcting because Matty has done such an excellent job with them. Whenever he comes over, they are so excited to see him. He really understands the psychology of dogs and how to train to their specific temperament and needs.
