Roberts & Company, Inc.

This firm took us on as clients and then ghosted us. I called multiple times to get in touch with the accountant and he was never available. I sent many emails with no response. Tax season came and went and they didn’t reach out even though we sent them our documents. Weren’t told if they were missing anything, just ghosted. We started the process early too. Our first meeting with them was in September. It is now approaching the next tax season and we still never heard back. DO NOT recommend these people.

I've used Roberts and Co for Over 12 years for personal accounting and for 5 years of small business accounting and bookkeeping. They have been reliable, honest and affordable.
