This firm took us on as clients and then ghosted us. I called multiple times to get in touch with the accountant and he was never available. I sent many emails with no response. Tax season came and went and they didn’t reach out even though we sent them our documents. Weren’t told if they were missing anything, just ghosted. We started the process early too. Our first meeting with them was in September. It is now approaching the next tax season and we still never heard back. DO NOT recommend these people.

I highly recommend Roberts & Co. I've been going to them for years, and I'm always impressed by Steve Miller's competence, professionalism, and thoroughness. I feel safe and secure, because he seems up to date on the latest tax law changes, and absolutely ethical, hence, I never worry about being audited by the IRS, because I feel he "crosses all his T's and dots all his I's." I am a satisfied customer.

Michael Ocensak is fairly new to Roberts & Company, and they are lucky to have him on staff. Michael is always responsive, explains scenarios, responds to my questions, and always gets my returns completed in an expeditious fashion. I believe that great companies are made up by great people, and Michael is definitely contributing positively for the reputation of Roberts & Company as a trusted advisor when it comes to accountancy and taxes.
