I highly recommend Placerville Dental Care. Dr Russell and her phenomenal front office and back office staff are 100% patient focused, compassionate and dedicated to patient comfort. I discovered this practice during a chance encounter with one of Dr Russell’s patients and am so grateful that I did. For the first time in my 75+ years I’m free of anxiety attacks over dental appointments. If you have a phobia about dental work please give this practice a try. You’ll be so happy that you did!

I almost don't want to leave a five star review because I don't want people crowding up this quaint little office, but I can't gatekeeper one of the better dentists I have seen in my 40 years on the planet. If you have a fear of Dentist, this is where you need to be. I have had nothing but extremely friendly and understanding interactions with the whole team. Making appointments is incredibly simple, they kind of handle everything on the insurance side but most importantly my Dentist is incredibly thorough, and explains every step of what she's doing along the way. Hands down this is the place to go if your looking for compassionate, quality, knowledgeable, and affordable dental care. Dr. Russell is an exemplary dentist with many years experience. Dr. Russell and her staff are informative, gentle, and professional.They are great with setting up and explaining a treatment plan for patients. I would recommend them to family and friends. If you're looking for a local dentist check them out, you will be glad you did!
