I have been going to Doctor Jones for almost 15 years. He is friendly, professional and concerned about my well being and comfort. His staff is wonderful and put me at ease. They concentrate on my needs and do not try to upsell me something I don't need like other clinics.

I have searched and researched all the dentists up here in the Placerville area, and found my dentist, Dr. Russell Jones is wonderful, no pain, friendly, very professional and a down home kinda guy, Nicholetta, his assistant is very caring, Sheila is my Hygienist and so very wonderful too, he has 6 or 7 chairs, ( rooms ) great music, no waiting, plenty of parking, relatively new office building, Stacey and staff is nice and very informative, and a very comfortable waiting room with such an ambiance that you don't want to leave ☺

Dr. Jones and his staff have been wonderful. I've been twice and had 2 different hygienists, both of whom were gentle, kind and thorough. So far, I haven't needed anything other than x-rays and cleaning, but Dr. Jones was recommended to me by a long time patient who had recently had a root canal and said it was painless. I've been very happy with my experience with Dr. Jones and all of his staff.
