Last fall I purchased Berber wall-to wall carpet for our home from FTG. Cameron was friendly, knowledgeable, & conscientious, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. His estimate was very reasonable so we went with it. Once installed, we were very happy with the results. However, the carpet didn't wear well, (my poor choice of a light color with dogs) and I couldn't remove a huge stain right in the middle of the living room...within 7months I reached out to Cameron to say that I wasn't happy, that I'd rather have had chosen the new Vinyl Plank Flooring for our main traffic area. He was amazing, so understanding - he worked with the manufacturer on our behalf to be compensated for the stained areas. I chose the perfect Vinyl Plank Flooring and soon the job got scheduled. Our installer's name is Jorge (same crew on both jobs). Jorge is an awesome hardworking gentleman who really did an EXCELLENT job. Within 3-days the new vinyl Plank flooring had been installed and we're so very happy with it. We're very glad we worked with Cameron & FTG, so sending you and Jorge a big thank you!

I purchased my carpeting a few months back but realized recently I had not reviewed my experience. I'm currently working on a fixer upper and doing a lot of my repairs myself to save cost. After visiting 3 other establishments in the Placerville area my realtor recommended floors to go. Wow, They are awesome! No rush, no pushing anything. I was there for new remnants to do 2 small rooms that I would be installing with help of a friend that has experience in installation. They made it so easy, did not try to up sale me at all, eventually I found 2 different makes of carpet. After choosing, I sent a friend to pickup said carpet they found there was holes throughout the roll. To my surprise they sent him with brand new carpeting that matched my first selection at the same price. I was very pleased with there easy going service, understanding and professionalism. Would 10 out of 10 recommend for new or remnant flooring!
