Five stars. Not going to lie, I've been putting off finding a dentist for a few years. The task in and of itself feels so daunting... and i just couldn't pull the trigger. BUT, I'm glad I finally did. Not having been to a dentists in a few years thanks to a move and the pandemic... I was extremely pleased to find The Cold Springs Dental team. I am in pain , completed my anti biotics two weeks ago , had an appointment to have a few teeth pulled when I called a few weeks ago to talk to the dentist because the antibiotics side affects were not good the woman told me my appointment was cancelled , when I asked who cancelled it cause it wasn't me she told me she'd get back to me , never heard back from her the pain has come back , the only person that can cancel a medical appointment is you , it's a Hippa violation to do so , on the day of my appointment I call to verify I had an appointment and was told I did not , I asked to speak to the dentist she called back one time when I was in the shower... read full review

Dr Madeline Majers at Cold Springs Dental is amazing at what she does, you can tell how much she loves her job as a dentist the minute you meet her. She has a big beautiful smile that instantly welcomes you and makes you feel like she cares about our and your dental needs. She is friendly and very caring and first of all wants to know what you want from her as your dentist. Her work is exceptional and she goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable in her office. Her team of co workers are as friendly and competent as she is.
