I went to Brookside because at the time they were the ONLY ones accepting Medi-cal. The first visit was terse but after that she was great and kind . She was very concerned about my dental health. I like her. She is a sweetie. I am sorry about the others that reviewed here .
I hope that you find a dentist that you can trust.
BTW I have been to other dentists before so I am no novice.
She is just stating out on her own. She is the only dentist in her shop. No partners. The equipment is used but works and is well cared for.. If you want a fancy dentist with twillight sleep and music over ear phone this isn't your place. She can do more things but it will cost...read full review
Dr. Ngo is hands down the best doctor ever she is very old school a little blunt but I wouldn't have her any other way she was able to take care of my son's teeth today where we had been being shifted around from dentist to dentist for almost 9 months now she got him in and did all four teeth and was able to save his smile in one afternoon. We love the entire staff there they've been my dentist office for 4 years now. She's not going to go into great detail about the procedure she's doing. She will let the nurse or the office manager handle questions and answers. But please please trust the process. i had the best experience! everyone is so kind! the dr is so nice, explained everything to me so i understood it. i now have no more fear in dentists and look forward to going back every 3 months!!! thank you brookside dental, your the best!!!
