As usual, all of the employees at Berman were friendly, courteous and very helpful in going through the process of checking in, and exiting when you were completed. The new doctor was very friendly, introduced herself and explained everything she was going to be doing especially taking biopsies of certain areas that she felt should be cleared. My waiting time to see the doctor was approximately 10 minutes and discussions with the doctor, checking out for this session (including a new appointment was again, approximately 30 minutes. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I was in my car heading home by 9:30 a.m. I gave them a well deserved excellent five star rating.

I was seen for my first visit. Check in was simple and I was taken to the back very promptly. I felt like I was heard and would definitely return if necessary in the future.
