I am 33 years old and have had shoulder problems for over 10 years of my life. The muscles around my shoulders are easily aggravated and would be so inflamed that I couldn't stick my arms straight out in front of me. While working out I was restricted to lifting no more than 5lbs. At one point I was in so much pain I could not lift my new baby out of his crib. I have had handfuls of Dr. appointments, chiropractor visits, MRIs, and still have never received an explanation as to why these muscles are so sensitive. I can’t believe the progress my pain has made in the year following this procedure. I used to have poor circulation in my legs, numbness in my toes, stiffness in my hips. I was also struggling with seemingly unrelated panick attacks which made me think maybe my vagal nerve was being pinched. My friend recommended Sondra and the results of the treatment was immediate. I had two bulging disks and three disk extractions. When flared up I would not be able to walk and would lose control of my feet. I lived with insane pain in my lower back for years. For four years I went to a spinal institute where they told me the only option was surgery. I would get injections in my back for pain management. I tried physical therapy, chiropractors, and just about everything under the sun. After one treatment with Sondra the pain in my back went away within a week and has not come back.
