I've been having Caroline to do my taxes since 2011. She is amazing and will always go to see her as long as long as she is there. Anyone need a great accountant than Caroline is your person! Always have a pleasant experience with the company. No complaints from me :)

UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update since my original review. Within 24 hours of posting my original 2-star rating, I received the response here to my review from the owner and a phone call from my tax preparer, including an apology for the delays due to health issues and she gathered all the final info in order to submit my taxes. I appreciated her apology and thanked her for getting back to me. That's all I wanted, and it took all of a 15 minute phone call. I do think they do a good job, but it shouldn't have gotten this far. I called the office multiple times, emailed multiple times and never once did the support team offer to connect me to anyone else, or escalated...read full review
