I usually take my Husky to PetSmart grooming, so Zen Pet was definitely more expensive than I was used to, but my girl came back looking better than ever, dry, soft, smelling great, and no longer shedding. They treated her well and she was not as desperate on pickup as she usually is.

I first met Noriko & Masa via a Facebook post by Julie Lim, owner of OC Wine Mart. Later when I sensed my wife's want to bathe our dogs, I mentioned there's a new groomer in town I'd like to introduce. Being the same countrymen, they hit it off immediately. As for the quality of their grooming, it's every bit at you would expect from Japan; excellent quality of care.

I recently took my Golden Retriever for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, every aspect of Ranger's grooming session was top-notch. Ranger can be a little too much for some groomers with his high level of energy, but Noriko was able to handle him without any issues! The results were truly impressive. His coat was beautifully trimmed and perfectly groomed. Not only did he look fantastic, but he also seemed happier and more comfortable in his own skin.
