About four years ago, I have my AC service by another company. That technician did something to my blower. He recommend a new system. I basically told him to get lost. I got in contact with Wolfe HVAC Team. When Michael Wolfe he first arrive, I told myself this young kid is not going to fix it. Michael took a look at it and within 10 minutes he had it working. Last Summer during the hottest week, my AC stopped working. I tried to replace the capacitor. That didn’t work. I contacted Wolfe HVAC Team. Another tech came out to repair it. Within two minutes, my system was up and running again.

Don Wolfe was very responsive when we called him in the heat of the summer and with a house full of guests. We new that our AC was on its last leg for the past couple of years and it finally died on us. Don was referred to us by a past customer and so we reached out to him. Don was very responsive and quickly got a new systems installed, up and running. His pricing was very fair and he has a high quality of work.

A few months ago my AC suddenly went out of service. Apparently the coil was leaking significant amount of refrigerant. I had several companies to come in and give me quotes. All were 5 Star companies but at least 2 of them are not very professional and tried to rip off potential customers. What sets Wolfe bros apart was their candidness and personal approach to their clients. Whenever I texted them with a question, I got a call back to discuss with me about the questions. We talked about the reliability and service issues of different manufacturers as well as my personal experience from other properties that I own. I wanted a unit that will give me more years of reliable service and at the same time without exorbitant cost to acquire. My best experience from my older property was Bryant and Don stated his experience with Bryant was very positive. Unlike other companies trying to steer me to Goodman and others which are known names but with more service issues. Those other companies also quoted me much higher prices for all , especially Bryant, in order for me to pick cheaper and less reliable companies for premium in order to rip me off. Wolfe Bros went into much more detail and let me know which other brands are made by same manufacturer like Day and Night which is almost identical to Bryant. At the end I picked Bryant and so far very happy with it. Wolfe Bros team came to my house and within 3 hours everything was replaced and cleaned. I waited a while to see if I get to use the AC after a little while to make sure no refrigerant leak was to occur. This experience taught me how reviews on Yelp or Angie can be bought or falsified. With exception of another company that I reviewed, not sure how their business practice can earn them high ratings. I would highly recommend Wolfe Bros without any reservations for your AC replacement or routine service needs.
