Highly recommend! Cortney is truly amazing and knows what she's doing, especially when it comes to hair colors and haircuts. At first, I was kind of skeptical about dyeing my hair because I had never done it before. You could say my hair was virgin, but after talking to her, Cortney assured me that my hair was in good hands. I didn't have to worry about scalp burns.
