new plywood and fascia boards. A complete new solid structure. Our wants and needs changed daily as the roof was being repaired. For example, add this and that, please, and if Rudy can do it, he'll do it. There wasn't anything he and his crew couldn't do. Every add-on has a cost, and you get what you pay for with him. As of June, 2024, Rudy has completed five separate projects for my real estate business. He and his crew provided excellent workmanship and professionalism on each project. When needed, Rudy communicated well with every tenant and always kept me up to date with his jobsite progress. I look forward to using Rudy and his crew on my next roofing project.
Rudy responded to our call quickly and arrived to view our roof leak and gave an estimate on the work and cost. He explained very well what happened and what was needed. We felt he was reasonable on the cost. His crew were hard workers and cleaned up at the end of the project. Rudy gave us recommendations on the future for our roof.
