I bought my house one year ago and had Ron's company do the roof's wood repair after it was tented. The 50 yr old house had not had any termite care done to it in recent years, if ever. The damage ended up costing me $20k. Ron warned me that the cost of lumber was high and that they would likely uncover damage as they worked, so I wasn't totally shocked at the final estimate. His crew worked efficiently and completed the job in about a week right around the Thanksgiving holiday. My only gripe is that they used one of my ladders.
