Walked in for a 1 hour combo massage today and had a good experience overall. The massage was nice; when I asked for more pressure, the masseuse kindly obliged. There was some background noise during the service, but my expectations were in line with the type of place I was in, so no issue there. Upon time for payment, the manager asked if I wanted to add tip on the card, and I said yes, 20% please. She paused, looked at the masseuse and looked back at me. Then she asked if she could ring up a 25% tip. I was taken aback by the rebuttal, but coyly smiled and agreed. It was the first time I had been asked to tip a certain amount and it had me scratching my head all the way home from the service. So, yeah, enjoy your massage but be ready for some awkwardness at the end.

Great foot and body massages, amazing prices, and more importantly, very honest people! I had forgotten that I had put my wedding ring in my pocket earlier in the day(took it off to wash my hands, very bad idea) and came here to get a foot and body massage, only to realize after I got home and a couple days later mind you that my ring was no longer in my pocket! So I went back to all the places I had been to that day and ended up back at Palm Massage. Sure enough, they had found my ring( had a 1 ct. flawless center diamond and platinum setting) and returned it to me! I couldn't believe it, the chances of someone returning my ring were slim to none, but these ladies just show you there's still some good people left in the world! They wouldn't even accept my $500 reward that I offered them. Please take your business to this establishment, these are the kind of folks you want to succeed! Thank you Palm Massage!

I haven't been here since before Covid. It's been awhile. I came in because I had a cramp in my calf from walking earlier this morning. They did a great job and it helped a lot. I'll have to start coming in again monthly to have the stress worked out.
