I like the convenience of the app. I like that they provide detailed descriptions of the items that I drop off so my shirts don’t get mixed up. I like that I can let them know I’m on my way via the app and my order is ready for pick-up. Of course, the clothes are done well. Once, a button was missing and they did not replace. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.Services: Laundry wash & fold
