I had a massage with Helen today and she was amazing! I usually have a bit of anxiety when having a massage but I was completely relaxed. Her energy was so calming. She was able to work on my sciatic issue and muscular pain from athletics. I will definitely be a regular now. It is nice to know that she also offers mobile services. Thank you so much Helen!
