This review is specifically for Jose Hernandez, who provided exceptional service during our window‑replacement consultation. He took the time to carefully measure, explain our options, and educate us on what would work best for our home. Jose walked us through the process with honesty and clarity, including why our bedroom windows required casement style to stay compliant with the city’s egress requirements.
Of the four companies we met with, Jose truly stood out. His quick follow‑up, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. He is an excellent representative of Hardy Windows.
The windows look amazing and have made a huge difference in my home. More than just doing a great job on the installation, the crew was incredibly respectful, and polite. They arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and made sure not to leave a mess behind.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service! Thank you again for a job well done!

Excellent work. Luis and the team were thorough and kept the work areas clean. Luis demonstrated how the new window works and explained what was completed with the sliding door installation.
