Great shop and all the stylists are professional and wonderful. Adriana is anwsome and always does a fast and fantastic job.
Anyway I'm not looking for fast I'm looking for a great stylist and a great job like Adriana does. Please bring her back to her preferred morning shifts.
Improve the following please: don't rush stylists , customer should be made to feel comfortable not in a rush. All the stylist do an excellent job .
5 stars for Joana! Brought my 95 year old mother here for a shampoo and haircut. My mother has some dementia and doesn't quite understand what is going on all the time. Joana was so patient and good with her! I asked for her hair to be cut short and easy to manage, and she got it just right! She gave her a pixi cut, and talked to her very calmly during the entire process. A great experience for my Mom.
Thank you Joana!!
Adriana you and your shop deserve 5 stars, even more. This is my first time with you and you are professional, kind you listen and you mirror back my wishes for my haircut and you have done a fantastic job. You're a superstar. Thank you Adriana.
