EcoWater SoCal is the best. From our sales rep Julie RIness to our installer Randy we have the best customer service. We love our spot free sinks and showers and the ease and maintenance of the system. Our neighbors just ordered a system . The RO / alkaline water is delicious!

I write reviews when service truly stands out, and Jason H. from EcoWater SoCal absolutely deserves recognition. From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude were exceptional.
While EcoWater sent out an automated reminder in advance, Jason went a step further and personally called me the morning of the installation to let me know he was on his way. That kind of personal communication set a positive tone before he even arrived.

I purchased an Ecowater system. It included the water purifier and reverse osmosis system (RO) I got it through Costco.
I am happy with the system. Got the water purifier which does not use salt. While the water is not soft like a salt system it is clean and actually better on my shower heads because salt is not adhering to the head.
The water is cleaned from that and you can drink from the sink so to speak.
Also the RO unit works good and I have a filter to add minerals.
I like the app as well because you can monitor the water usage.
