DPL Air Conditioning and Heating

Super trustworthy and reliable. Last year, I was told by another company that I was going to need a new air conditioning unit. Fast forward to this, and during the bloody heatwave, my air conditioner was not working AGAIN! I called DPL, and they were out so quickly! Within 15 minutes, my air conditioner was working, and needless to say, I did NOT need a new unit. Thank you, DPL, for your honesty and fast response. I highly recommend!!

Can't say enough about David. He quickly responded to our needs, came out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes! We were lucky, our unit was still under warranty, so he only charged us a service fee. Would highly recommend!!

I cannot over emphasize our gratitude and appreciation for DPL. When I met with Dave, he spent more than an hour assessing our current system from top to bottom and then explained in detail the issues we had while offering several resolution options. Never once did I feel pressured in any way; He did an excellent job breaking things down into clearly understandable laymen's terms. As we found out, HVAC systems are quite involved. We had put off replacing our 30 year old furnace and a/c system as it just seemed so overwhelming and expensive. Dave was great at explaining why our air flow was so poor, and how they could improve which is why for the first time in years, I felt very comfortable moving forward. Every question I had was answered in a timely and courteous manner. Within a few days of signing the contract, which was an excellent value, thousands less than we had been quoted by the competition, we had our install date. The crew worked efficiently and communicated very well along the way. They were on time and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Before leaving they took the time to explain how the system worked down to how to change the filter. Really can not recommend them more. Our air works amazing for the first time in years. We actually had to turn it down today for the first time in over 20 years, We are thrilled and chilled..!!
