I love the powders for tinting my buttercream. It is important to note the weights of different pigments will impact the volume, so some will appear to have less. I had a couple colors that clearly had less than my previous order of the same colors (which have been used substantially). They even weighed less. I contacted Americolor and they worked with me and sent me replacements. I appreciate their customer service. As I stated, I really do love the product.

I've been using Americolor gel food coloring for decoration royal icing sugar cookies. The colors are true to their website, and so richly pigmented that I never have to use much to achieve the color I need. I recently contacted customer service to handle a problem I had with one of their gels. Bryan heard me out, and immediately sent me a replacement gel. Fantastic interaction and excellent customer response. I appreciate Americolor as a place where the customer is valued, and business is conducted in a timely and courteous way. High marks!
