Had an appointment yesterday on 7/9/24 for my son on the fourth floor, I walked up to the middle window to check in, and there was a heavyset African-American lady, look to be in her 50s, Sitting on her cell phone. I asked her if her window was open, and with attitude, she replied “ You see me sitting here, right?” So I responded I apologize, I wasn’t sure if you were on break. She said I was, but I guess I can help you. She continued with asking me questions and getting me checked in, and at the end I asked if my son’s doctor and nurses could please put on masks. Love my dentist and the assistants at this location.I have been there about 4 times.Very happy with the care. They are experienced and professional.Can't comment on medical care since I haven't scheduled with anyone else yet.
Great friendly greeters and some of the doctors are amazing and others seem to not help the specialist only want to see you if you’re dying they don’t care it’s not their quality of life. Very frustrating.
