Unprofessional rude staff. I walked in looking for the lady that does eyebrows and a lady with red hair asked if I wanted a haircut. I politely told her I was looking for the lady that does eyebrows and she disrespected me and made a rude comment about my hair. Save your time. Don't go here.

Now, I know that businesses are there to make money. Nothing wrong with that. But when you have a business that is only trying to rip people off, that's not okay. Given that this place already has bad reviews for it's shoddy approach to customer service, I'd expect them to try and bring in customers instead of pushing them away. Their prices are on par with higher end places but with supercut service! And don't even bother to pay with a card. They have a 5 dollar surcharge for that alone! No, thank you! Stay clear from this one, folks. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This shop is garbage, the lady that is there is rude, disrespectful and not even licensed. She messed up my husband's hair he had it long with a fade and she chopped it without consent had the audacity to laugh in his face and step to him by yelling at him and telling him he ain't gonna do nothing about it and that he was broke and just didn't want to pay. As soon as the cops showed up she had hidden in the back room, don't go there save your money.
